The submission and evaluation of research projects is a critical process that requires rigorous documentation, transparency in decision-making, and full traceability of interactions between applicants and evaluating entities.

Based on these needs, LynxiT has developed a fully digital Research Project Submission application that enables centralized management of the entire application lifecycle, from initial submission through final decision-making and case closure.

The solution ensures the structured organization of documentation, real-time tracking of the status of processes, and formal communication among all parties involved, eliminating manual processes, informal email exchanges, and the circulation of paper documents.

The process begins when the applicant submits the required data and documentation via an online form. In exceptional cases, it is possible to attach requests received by email, ensuring that all information is integrated into the same digital process. The solution automatically manages the various stages of the process, including:

Evaluation, opinions, and deliberation
The app allows you to:
  • Preliminary assessment by the Secretariat
  • Requesting and Managing Clarification Requests
  • Appointment of rapporteur(s) by the Chair of the Ethics Committee
  • Controlled access for rapporteurs to project documentation
  • Preparation, updating, and digital signing of technical opinions
  • Submission of the opinion for approval and subsequent deliberation by the Board of Directors
The final decision is formally communicated to the applicant, with automatic notification to the entities involved.
