Business Rules

The Business Rules They allow you to define the application’s behavior to meet the specific needs of each business. With this tool, you can configure all business rules through specific events that will trigger based on certain operations and actions on fields and/or objects on a given screen, as well as customize filters that, based on conditions preconfigured by a user or group of users, allow you to restrict the information displayed to each user.

Data Broker

O Data Broker It allows you to configure integrations to and from any external application by mapping fields and tables, with the ability to interact with different databases and via web services.

Database Administrator

O Database Administrator (DBA) It provides all the information related to database management, so that even a user without advanced knowledge of databases can manage the entire database structure. With DBA, you can create and edit tables and fields; join tables; create and edit indexes, triggers, views, functions, and rules, among other things. In addition to these features, it also includes the Data Dictionary (to identify all tables and fields), the Debugger (to analyze all logs), the Profiler (to monitor all application activities), and the Query Editor, with a wizard, which allows users to easily query and extract information from the database into any format. Users can also directly edit all information in the fields using the DBA, as well as monitor the database’s status at any time through a statistics monitor.

Reports

The Reports They enable the creation of print layouts that can be applied to existing screens or new screens, as well as to indicators and information displays. With this tool, users can independently create any desired information output and can also modify the application’s existing default reports.

Documents

Tags

LynxiT Cube comes preloaded with hundreds of Tags which can be populated with parameters and are automatically interpreted by the application, thereby automating the programming process without requiring the user to write code.

Tables and Fields

The Tables and Fields They allow you to customize the application to meet the needs of each business by adding new tables and/or fields, which may or may not be associated with the application’s base structure. The advantage of this feature is the simplicity of creating graphical representations of data, without requiring any knowledge of database programming.

Datagrid

Dashboards

The Dashboards They enable the creation of advanced graphical indicators that can be displayed anywhere in the application, including the Central Panels, providing complete flexibility in how the information is displayed. These information panels also allow for the integration and presentation of data from different sources.

Indicators

The Indicators They enable complete autonomy in creating metrics based on application data and/or externally sourced data, offering various types of output: in a grid, as a chart, in a tree view, or through custom reports. The inclusion of a query creation wizard is what sets this tool apart, enabling any user—even those without programming knowledge—to create their own metrics.

Alerts

The Alerts They function like database engine jobs but can be configured within the application and can perform a series of scheduled actions at defined intervals, such as sending emails and SMS messages. The execution of these alerts can be tied to a series of preconditions that are configured by the user and validated before execution. All of these settings can be configured by individual users or groups of users.

API

The API They enable other applications to interact more easily and securely with the LynxiT Cube, without compromising the security of information access. This feature allows for the creation of APIs for reading, inserting, updating, and deleting data; the entire configuration is fully dynamic and defined by the implementer, who can set up various APIs and decide, on a case-by-case basis, which information to include.

File Exporter

O File Exporter This feature was designed to address the ongoing need to integrate data with other organizations via files. With this tool, users can create file structures in various formats to export data from the database in accordance with the requirements defined by the receiving organization.

PLU

The PLU They enable data to be displayed on touchscreen buttons, facilitating the quick and easy development of applications such as POS systems, price checkers, in-store product selection terminals, multimedia kiosks, and on-the-floor data collection, among dozens of other applications and environments.

Navigation Menu

Database Rules, Triggers, and Indexes

The Database Rules, Triggers, and Indexes These are features that allow you to configure actions on database tables without needing extensive knowledge of database management, and with the advantage of using an intuitive graphical interface.

Functions

Debugger

The Auxiliary Tables They make it possible to dynamically display, on a single screen, an area for recording various types of data that will support the processes being carried out, thereby streamlining end users’ interactions with these types of records.

Activity

O Activity It allows you to log all user activity in the tables that the System Administrator designates as history tables. With this feature, all operations performed by each user while using the software are logged, with detailed information on the changes made, field by field, enabling a complete audit trail of the information.

Tracking

O Tracking It enables system administrators to track all actions performed by users anywhere in the application, as well as to measure the execution time of each process. Tracking generates a report containing a complete log of all operations performed on a specific screen and/or table, enabling performance measurements and the analysis of response times.

Data Warehouse

Through the Date Warehouse It is possible to optimize all data queries performed on the LynxiT Cube databases and/or other software systems used by the company. With this tool, database queries are performed on centralized, optimized, and properly indexed structures, with configurable data update intervals, thereby streamlining access to information.

Central Panels

The Central Panels They enable the customization of dashboards tailored to each company and each management profile. With this tool, central dashboards can be created that can operate independently or be integrated into the company’s ERP system.

Email Client

O Email Client It allows users to work in LynxiT Cube with their Exchange accounts. This tool enables users to send and receive emails, with full integration with the Exchange server.

iFrame

O iFrame It allows content to be made available within forms that is otherwise only accessible in other applications or on other web pages.

Signature

A Signature It allows users to manually sign forms that require a user's signature on mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones.

DrawArea

O DrawArea It allows users to capture a hand-drawn sketch, which can be used to create forms for storing, for example, technical drawings, project sketches, or other handwritten records.

Schedule

O Schedule It allows you to configure forms with a calendar layout and functionality so they can interact with other forms or even other applications.

Instructions

The Instructions They allow you to create work instructions and associate them with specific screens in the application, so that they are displayed to users when they access a particular screen or perform a specific action.

RSS

The RSS They allow users to configure and view RSS feeds from external websites and publish user-created RSS feeds to disseminate the company's institutional information. Access to this information can be managed by user groups.

Interface

There are 2 types of Interface available:
– Standard: This is the basic visual interface of LynxiT Cube; you can add features and change the position of each menu item, the RSS bar, and the logos.
– Custom: The entire LynxiT Cube environment can be customized, and a set of available templates can also be used to streamline development.

Group of Companies

The LynxiT Cube data structure is configured to support multiple companies within a single database.

Process Monitor

O Process Monitor This feature allows the System Administrator to monitor the processes currently running on the servers where LynxiT Cube is installed, without the user having to leave the LynxiT Cube desktop environment. With this tool, the System Administrator can easily identify which applications are running, the respective ID of each process, the execution times for each process, as well as which resources are being consumed in terms of CPU and memory. Using this tool, the user can also terminate processes currently running and obtain statistics related to the main components installed on the server, including used and free space on physical disks, RAM in use and available RAM, as well as network connection traffic.

White Labeling

O White Labeling It allows applications to be created and made available under the LynxiT partner’s unique corporate identity—without any mention of the LynxiT Cube Platform.
