Business Rules

Database Administrator

O Database Administrator (DBA) It provides all the information related to database management, so that even a user without advanced knowledge of databases can manage the entire database structure. With DBA, you can create and edit tables and fields; join tables; create and edit indexes, triggers, views, functions, and rules, among other things. In addition to these features, it also includes the Data Dictionary (to identify all tables and fields), the Debugger (to analyze all logs), the Profiler (to monitor all application activities), and the Query Editor, with a wizard, which allows users to easily query and extract information from the database into any format. Users can also directly edit all information in the fields using the DBA, as well as monitor the database’s status at any time through a statistics monitor.

With this tool, database queries are performed on centralized, optimized, and properly indexed structures, with configurable data update intervals, thereby streamlining access to information.

Central Panels

The Central Panels They enable the customization of dashboards tailored to each company and each management profile. With this tool, central dashboards can be created that can operate independently or be integrated into the company’s ERP system.

Email Client

O Email Client It allows users to work in LynxiT Cube with their Exchange accounts. This tool enables users to send and receive emails, with full integration with the Exchange server.

iFrame

O iFrame It allows content to be made available within forms that is otherwise only accessible in other applications or on other web pages.

Signature

A Signature It allows users to manually sign forms that require a user's signature on mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones.

DrawArea

O DrawArea It allows users to capture a hand-drawn sketch, which can be used to create forms for storing, for example, technical drawings, project sketches, or other handwritten records.

Schedule

Instructions

RSS

The RSS They allow users to configure and view RSS feeds from external websites and publish user-created RSS feeds to disseminate the company's institutional information. Access to this information can be managed by user groups.

Interface

There are 2 types of Interface available:
Standard: This is the basic visual interface of LynxiT Cube; you can add features and change the position of each menu item, the RSS bar, and the logos.
Custom: The entire LynxiT Cube environment can be customized, and a set of available templates can also be used to streamline development.

Group of Companies

The LynxiT Cube data structure is configured to support multiple companies within a single database.

Process Monitor

O Process Monitor This feature allows the System Administrator to monitor the processes currently running on the servers where LynxiT Cube is installed, without the user having to leave the LynxiT Cube desktop environment. With this tool, the System Administrator can easily identify which applications are running, the respective ID of each process, the execution times for each process, as well as which resources are being consumed in terms of CPU and memory. Using this tool, the user can also terminate processes currently running and obtain statistics related to the main components installed on the server, including used and free space on physical disks, RAM in use and available RAM, as well as network connection traffic.

White Labeling

O White Labeling It allows applications to be created and made available under the LynxiT partner’s unique corporate identity—without any mention of the LynxiT Cube Platform.
