Datagrid is equipped with several features designed to empower users to enter and search for data. Among the various features available, the following stand out:

• Export data to 9 different formats;

With this tool, you can configure all business rules through specific events that will trigger based on certain operations and actions performed on fields and/or objects on a given screen, as well as customize filters that—based on conditions preconfigured by a user or group of users—allow you to restrict the information displayed to each user.

Navbar

Navbar is a feature that significantly speeds up the development time for any screen, as it comes with all the necessary options for a standard screen already preconfigured.

Data Broker

Data Broker allows you to configure integrations to and from any external application by mapping fields and tables, with the ability to interact with different databases and via web services.

Database Administrator

The Database Administrator (DBA) provides all the information related to database management, so that even a user without advanced knowledge of database handling can manage the entire database structure. With the DBA, you can create and edit tables and fields; join tables; create and edit indexes, triggers, views, functions, and rules, among other things.

Reports

Reports allow you to create print layouts that can be applied to existing screens or new screens, as well as to indicators and information monitors. With this tool, users can independently create any desired information output and can also modify the existing default reports in the application.

Documents

Documents enables the dynamic creation of all types of documents required in any business, ranging from internal documents (e.g., orders, shipping documents, inventory transactions, among others) to external purchasing and sales documents, while complying with all legal requirements for document certification.

Dashboards

Dashboards enable the creation of advanced graphical indicators that can be displayed anywhere in the application, including the Central Panels, providing complete flexibility in how the information is presented. These information panels also allow for the integration and presentation of data from different sources.

Indicators

Indicators provide complete autonomy in creating metrics based on application data and/or externally sourced data, offering various types of output: in a grid, as a chart, in a tree view, or through custom reports. The inclusion of a query creation wizard is what sets this tool apart, enabling any user—even those without programming knowledge—to create their own indicators.

Alerts

Alerts function similarly to jobs in a database engine, but they are configurable within the application and can execute a series of scheduled actions at defined intervals, such as sending emails and SMS messages. The execution of these alerts can be tied to a series of preconditions that are configured by the user and validated before the alert is triggered. All of these settings can be configured by individual users or groups of users.

File Exporter

File Exporter is a feature designed to address the ongoing need for integration with other organizations via files. With this tool, users can create file structures in various formats to export data from the database, in accordance with the requirements defined by the receiving organization.

Functions

Functions allow you to create small blocks of code for later use in other LynxiT Cube tools, thereby avoiding code duplication and making it easier to make changes, which are then automatically reflected wherever the Functions are used.

Activity

Activity allows you to log all user activity in the tables that the System Administrator designates as history tables. With this feature, all operations performed by each user while using the software are logged, with detailed information on the changes made, field by field, enabling complete traceability of the information.

Tracking

Tracking allows system administrators to track all actions performed by users anywhere in the application, as well as measure the execution time of each process. Tracking generates a report containing a complete log of all operations performed on a specific screen and/or table, enabling performance measurements and the analysis of response times.

Data Warehouse

The Data Warehouse makes it possible to optimize all data queries performed on the LynxiT Cube databases and/or other software systems used by the company. With this tool, database queries are performed on centralized, optimized, and properly indexed structures, with configurable data update intervals, thereby streamlining access to information.

Central Panels

Central Panels allow for the customization of dashboards tailored to each company and each management profile. With this tool, you can create central dashboards that can operate independently or be integrated into the company’s ERP system.

Email Client

The Email Client allows users to work with their Exchange accounts in Software Cube. This tool enables users to send and receive emails, with full integration with Exchange.

Interface

There are two types of interfaces available:
• Standard: This is the basic visual interface of LynxiT Cube; you can add features and change the positioning of each menu item, the RSS bar, and logos.
• Customizable: The entire LynxiT Cube environment can be customized, and a set of available templates can also be used to streamline development.
